Floating Water Mats Frequently Asked Questions

Sure thing - click here to download it.

  • The Crocpad Floating Water Mats are made from three marine-grade XPE layers and two-layer nylon mesh.
  • Crocpad is crafted from high-density, premium-grade closed-cell foam throughout, eliminating the risk of punctures associated with inflatable mats.
  • The tough-hide outer membrane treatment offers surface UV protection, while the tear-stop nylon inner rebar matrix prevents rips and punctures.

These features ensure the Crocpad's buoyancy, reliability, and most importantly, its enjoyability.

Please check page 4 of the water mat manual here.

No, never tow the Crocpad behind a boat or water craft. Towing the Crocpad behind any kind of watercraft or boat voids the warranty and possibly result in injury or worse.

Use the Crocpad Water Mat Anchor Kit. The sand-anchor dry bag, rope and float are designed to anchor your water mat, watercraft, kayaks, rafts, floats and paddle boards.

In order to ensure the Crocpad stays in the best possible shape simply unroll your Crocpad and play!. If your Crocpad does get dirty simply wipe off the dirt. At the end of the season simply hose it down , let it dry, and store away until the next season. Keep away from direct sunlight when stored.

To keep your Crocpad in the best possible shape we recommend to keep it rolled up when not in use.

The Crocpad will not deflate as it is made of a high grade closed cell foam but it is not invincible, please keep away from sharp object, stumps or edges. Any of these such as jewelry, fishing appliances or dog claws may scruff or slightly tear the foam surface. If these damages do occur, do not stress as they will not affect the fun, safety of buoyancy of the Crocpad

As the Crocpad is a floating mat made of foam, it is strongly recommended NOT to jump onto the Crocpad as on impact the Crocpad will become an uneven surface and could tear the mat.

The Crocpad is easily transported in a boat — simply roll it up and stow it anywhere in the vessel. Rolled up, the Crocpad is about 24 in (60 cm) in diameter and 6 ft (1.8 m) wide.

Unboxed, the 18 ft (5.5 m) mat weighs approximately 29 lb (13 kg), the 12 ft (3.65 m) mat 20 lb (9 kg), and the 6.5 ft (2 m) mat 6.5 lb (3 kg). We suggest two people move the 18 ft (5.5 m) mat when transporting it.

We will ship your Crocpad to you on the next business day if your order is placed before 2pm.

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help. Please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. Return and refund requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase. We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or a defective product. You can download the instruction manual from this link.
1. Add the water mat into the bag, align the top edges of the bag and squeeze them together
2. Tightly roll down the top of the bag at least 3 times (it is better to roll it down all the way until you reach the water mat — this puts more tension on the closure and makes the seal better)
3. Clip the two middle buckles together
4. Bend the ends in the opposite direction towards the back, away from the side where you rolled the top down (again this puts more tension on the fold and makes a better seal). Buckle the ends together and you are done

- Fill the stepping pad with water (4–8 gal / 15–30 L), then inflate it.
- Place the stepping pad at the edge of the pool.
- After inflating the slide, use the stainless steel connector to connect the slide to the stepping pad.
Please watch the step-by-step instructions video from this link.

  • MINIMA slide: 29 lb (13 kg)
  • MIKROS slide: 48 lb (22 kg)
  • MEGALO slide: 73 lb (33 kg) including stepping pad and accessories
  • BOAT PONTOON WATERFALL slide: 40 lb (18 kg)

Shipping weights are listed on each product page.

To protect your Crocpad slide from rough surfaces like tiles or pavers, follow these tips:

1. Use a Protective Mat:
- Place a durable, non-slip mat or tarp under the slide to create a buffer between the surface and the slide.

2. Inflate Properly:

- Ensure the slide is fully inflated to reduce friction and prevent
sagging that can cause unnecessary contact with rough surfaces.

3. Avoid Dragging:
- When moving the slide, lift it completely instead of dragging it across the ground.

4. Inspect the Surface:
- Clear the area of sharp objects, debris, or anything that could puncture or scratch the material.

5. Store Safely:
- When not in use, deflate and store the slide in a clean, dry area away from sharp or abrasive surfaces.

These steps will keep your slide in top condition and extend its lifespan!

Crocpad slides are designed to last under normal weather conditions, so please do not keep your inflatable slide inflated and sitting outdoors on a hot day. - Best practice is to deflate the slide (including the stepping pad) and store it in a shady area or room. - If you would like to keep the slide outdoors for a few days, please make sure you deflate it enough to avoid any damage or a dramatic change in the form or appearance of the slide. Please note: heatwave damage will not be covered under our warranty. Keep in mind: - You can easily disconnect the slide and store it. - The sun can heat the slide and fade the colors over time

Unlike other inflatable slides that use water bags and cannot be moved until you empty the water, Crocpad inflatable slides are designed to be easily moved and stored.
Disconnect the slide from the stepping pad, dry it and store it. You don’t need to deflate the slide or the stepping pad.

The stepping pad holds about 5 gal (20 L) of water but can easily be carried and moved away.

The Mikros and Megalo slides come with a 2-year warranty, whereas the Minima slide has a 1-year warranty.

Please check the safety instructions in this link.

V1 and V2 have the same design, shape and dimensions. V2 comes with: - Safety relief valve: Designed to safeguard against excessive inflation of the slide and mat on scorching days, preventing potential damage to the slide and mat or the loosening of their seams. - Pre-installed Velcro strap module positioned between the slide and stepping pad effectively minimizes the space between the two components. - Updated manual

Every slide ships with a 500 W electric pump that inflates or deflates it in about a minute, a repair kit, a storage bag, straps and a user manual. The Minima, Mikros and Megalo also include a stepping pad.

This is the question worth getting right before you order:

Yes. These are built to commercial quality from heavy-duty PVC tarpaulin and are rated for commercial as well as residential use. The Minima, Mikros and Megalo have pressure relief valves, and the Boat Pontoon has six climbing handles and a safety falling wall.

Not for the Boat Pontoon Waterfall — the design does not require one.

Ice Baths Frequently Asked Questions

Get the Cold Facts on Ice Bath Recovery

We recommend starting with 2–3 minutes and gradually working up to a maximum of 10–15 minutes, depending on your tolerance and goals. Always listen to your body.

An effective cold plunge typically ranges from 50°F to 59°F (10°C to 15°C). Some athletes go colder, but we advise starting here.

For general recovery, 2–4 times per week is effective. For intense training periods, some people use it daily. Always consult a professional if you have health concerns.

If you’re using our tub without a chiller, yes—ice will be needed to maintain cold temperatures. With a chiller, ice is not necessary as it maintains the desired temp automatically.

It’s best to keep your head above water unless you’re experienced and medically cleared. Cold shock can affect breathing and heart rate.

Yes—our tubs are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Make sure the area is water-resistant and can handle possible spills.

We recommend changing the water every 1–2 weeks if not using a filtration system. Clean the tub regularly with mild soap and rinse thoroughly. Use a cover to keep out debris.

Only under strict supervision and medical approval. Ice baths are generally not recommended for young children or people with cardiovascular conditions.

Benefits may include reduced muscle soreness, improved recovery, better circulation, mood enhancement, and reduced inflammation.

No—adding salts or oils may damage the tub or filtration system and void the warranty. Stick to clean, filtered water.

Ice Baths Chillers Frequently Asked Questions

Learn more about Crocpad Boreon Pro 300/1000 Ice Bath Chillers
  • Boreon 300 PRO: measuring 16 × 10 × 14 in (41 × 25 × 36 cm) and weighing just 49 lb (22 kg). Cooling only, app controlled. Fits perfectly with Crocpad inflatable ice baths and sports equipment.
  • Boreon 1000 PRO: measuring 22 × 15 × 22 in (56 × 38 × 56.5 cm) and weighing just 88 lb (40 kg). Cooling and heating, ozone filtration, 5" touch screen, app controlled. Fits perfectly with Crocpad inflatable ice baths and sports equipment.

Yes. Crocpad ice bath chillers use a high-performance compressor and an optimized cooling system, with a minimum output water temperature of 37–39°F (3–4°C). The ability to bring and maintain an entire tub at this temperature depends on ambient temperature, tub insulation and water volume. We recommend using it with an insulated tub for best results.

The cooling speed depends on the machine’s cooling capacity (HP), ambient temperature and water volume. For instance, a 1 HP machine cooling 105 gal (400 L) of water from 73°F to 41°F (23°C to 5°C) at an ambient temperature of 82°F (28°C) takes less than 6.5 hours. The less water, the faster it cools.

This machine comes in different models with varying capacity recommendations. The Boreon 300 PRO is recommended for water volumes under 80 gal (300 L). The Boreon 1000 PRO is recommended for water volumes under 130 gal (500 L). Please select the model that corresponds to the size of your tub. Our customer service team can provide professional pairing advice.

We place great emphasis on user experience and have adopted a low-noise compressor design, equivalent to the volume of normal indoor conversation, making it fully acceptable for indoor use.

It’s very simple and designed for out-of-the-box use. You just need to connect the ice bath chiller inlet and outlet hoses to your tub, fill the tub with water, plug in the power and set the temperature. No professional tools or personnel are needed.

Maintenance is straightforward. We recommend regularly cleaning the inlet filter screen (usually once a month, depending on usage frequency) to prevent clogging from debris. The internal refrigeration system is sealed and requires no user maintenance. Just wipe the
exterior with a damp cloth.

Yes, this is a core feature. The machine has a built-in high-precision temperature sensor and an intelligent temperature control system. Once the water temperature rises above the set point, the compressor automatically starts to cool, ensuring the water stays within your desired range—true "set it and forget it" operation.

The machine comes with a built-in
high-performance water pump. You can buy the ice bath tub from us. Click here to check our ice bath range.

Safety is our top priority. The motor and electrical systems of the machine meet strict IPX4 (or higher) splash-proof standards. However, please note that the main unit itself should not be directly sprayed with or submerged in water. The power cord comes with a built-in leakage protection device.

We offer a 1-year warranty on the whole unit. Our US support team handles warranty claims and after-sales service — get in touch through our contact page or call +1 775-799-8889.

We provide comprehensive after-sales service. First, you can contact our online customer service. We will guide you
through initial troubleshooting via video or pictures. If needed, you can send it back to us for further assessment and repair.

The machine does not run at full power continuously. After reaching the set temperature, it operates intermittently to maintain it, making it very energy-efficient. For the Boreon 1000 PRO model under standard conditions, it consumes approximately 1-1.5 kWh per day during the temperature maintenance phase, depending on ambient temperature and your set point.

From a long-term perspective, buying an ice bath chiller is definitely more economical. It's a one-time investment with long-term benefits. Based on using it 3 times a week, the cost of buying ice could exceed the machine's electricity costs in just a few months. Plus, it saves you the time and effort of purchasing, transporting, and storing ice.

Absolutely! It is essentially a precise water temperature control device. You can also use it to provide cooling for wine cellars, small family pools, large aquariums, and even certain industrial equipment—it's a versatile machine.

The machine is equipped with universal silent casters at the bottom. Even at 49 lb and 88 lb (22 and 40 kg), you can easily move it on flat ground, making it convenient to use in different rooms or locations.

We typically ship within 48 hours from our US warehouse. As the setup is very straightforward, we do not provide a dedicated installation service. However, our customer service team and detailed manuals will ensure you can set it up with ease.

We support a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy, subject to the product being in resalable condition. We are fully confident in our product and believe it will significantly enhance your recovery and wellness experience.

Dog Ramp Frequently Asked Questions

Give your dog the confidence to enjoy the water safely

A dog ramp for water helps dogs safely exit pools, boats, docks, or floating platforms. Instead of struggling to climb out of the water, dogs can walk up a ramp with a gentle incline, making swimming safer and easier.

Dogs often struggle to find the pool steps once they are in the water. A dog pool ramp provides a visible and safe exit point, preventing exhaustion and helping dogs leave the water quickly.

Yes. The Crocpad Dog Ramp is designed for pools, lakes, docks, boats, and waterfront homes, allowing dogs to safely exit the water.

Yes. The Crocpad Dog Ramp is suitable for large breeds such as Labradors, Golden Retrievers and German Shepherds, as well as small and medium dogs — any dog up to 143 lb (65 kg).

The Crocpad Dog Ramp comes in two sizes to suit different dogs and environments.

  • The Medium (M) size is ideal for small to medium dogs and for areas with limited space such as smaller pools, docks or boats. It holds up to 99 lb (45 kg) and measures 47 × 31 × 6 in (120 × 80 × 15 cm). It provides a safe and convenient way for dogs to exit the water while remaining compact and portable.
  • The Large (L) size is recommended for larger breeds such as Labradors, Golden Retrievers and German Shepherds, or when a longer ramp with a gentler incline is preferred. It holds up to 143 lb (65 kg) and measures 59 × 39 × 6 in (150 × 100 × 15 cm). The larger ramp offers more walking surface and stability, making it easier for bigger or older dogs to climb out of the water. If you have a large dog or multiple dogs using the ramp, the Large (L) size is generally the best option.

Yes. It is designed with strong materials and a non-slip walking surface to help dogs climb safely without slipping, even when wet.

A floating dog ramp sits fully in the water and at the edge of the pool, boat or dock. Dogs swim to the ramp and walk up the textured surface until they reach dry ground.

Yes. Dog ramps are great for puppies because they protect developing joints and bones by preventing excessive jumping. They might need some help at the start but then they will get used to it.

Yes. Senior dogs with arthritis or joint problems benefit greatly from ramps because they reduce strain on hips, knees, and spine.

Training is simple:

  1. Introduce the ramp slowly.
  2. Use treats to guide your dog onto the ramp.
  3. Encourage your dog to walk up the ramp.
  4. Repeat several times until your dog is confident.

Most dogs learn in just a few sessions.
